Submission of Papers
Please provide the final "camera-ready" version of your paper in the following way:
The paper should be completed and sent by 30 April 2000.
The registration form must be received from at least one of the authors to ensure the inclusion of the paper in the conference proceedings. The completed registration form should be returned no later than 30 April 2000 to the Conference Administrator: Caroline Lees, School of Computing, Staffordshire University, Beaconside, Stafford ST18 0AD, UK.

Due to space limitations in the Proceedings, the maximum number of pages for each paper is limited to 5 (five). If absolutely needed, it is possible to increase the total number of pages up to 8 pages. However, for each page in excess of 5 the authors must pay an additional fee of £30 for each excess page.
Format of the Paper
Submitted papers should be formatted for A4 size paper, and must be written in English, and carefully checked for correct grammar and spelling. Papers should be submitted in a 2-column format; each column should be 7.5cm wide, with a space of 0.8cm between the columns. The text should be in Times New Roman, 11pt, justified and single spaced. There should be no headers/footers and no page numbers. Margins requirements are as follows: Top: 3.3 cm; Bottom: 4.2cm; Left 2.6cm; Right: 2.6cm.
The title, author, affiliation(s), contact details, abstract and list of keywords should be justified and single spaced in a single column across the width of the printable area.

References within the text, should be in the Harvard referencing style. Examples are given below:

Submission of Posters
The main goal of our poster sessions to offer you the opportunity to interact with the conference delegates and to establish further correspondence. Abstracts of posters will be included in the proceedings and we recommend that you submit an extended abstract (roughly 1-2 pages) in the format described below and in the following way:

Poster Sessions at the Conference
Poster sessions will be held from 5th to 7th July 2000. As posters are a reflection of the presenter and his/her institution it is very important that your poster looks professional and can be easily read. For this reasons posters should be readable from a good distance; large and clear lettering, artwork, photos, charts and graphs will give your presentation strong support. Detailed information is more effectively conveyed in handouts and can be distributed at the conference.
