Conference Templates and Examples

All conference accepted papers, whatever the presentation format (20min, 30min, or poster) are going to be published in the Proceedings (paper version with ISBN and CD-ROM version). Paper templates are the same for all presentation formats; however, poster presentations are limited to 4 pages, 20min oral presentations are limited to 6 pages and 30min oral presentations are limited to 8 pages. It is important to highlight that the posters will be exhibited in a wall area, using a A0 portrait format (84 cm X 118cm) and the poster authors will discuss their work with other conference delegates who will stop by and ask questions, during the time slot assigned to poster presentations. If absolutely needed, the number of pages may be increased up to a maximum of 12 (long presentations), 10 (short presentations) and 8 (poster presentations). However, for each page in excess of the maximum allowed, the author will have to pay an additional fee.

Workshops Templates and Examples

All workshop accepted papers, whatever the presentation format are going to be published in the Workshop Proceedings (paper version with ISBN and CD-ROM version). Paper templates are the same for all presentation formats; however, oral presentations are limited to 10 pages and poster presentations are limited to 6 pages. If absolutely needed, the number of pages may be increased up to a maximum of 14 (oral presentations) and 10 (poster presentations). However, for each page in excess of the maximum allowed, the author will have to pay an additional fee.
