Every paper must be registered prior to publication in the proceedings and must be presented at the conference or workshop. There is a reduction on fees for the members of the listed associations. Conference early registration is accepted until March 14th, 2008.

Payment can be made through Paypal or by bank transfer. The only acceptable currency is EURO.

We know the importance of social networking for both researchers and practitioners; therefore both the workshop and the conference social events are more than simple meals: they motivate networking and the discussion of new ideas for joint research. Please note that these very special event, due to space restrictions, have a very limited availability.

Apply for a visa

If you are from a European Country included in the Schengen Visa you only need your national identity card or your passport. The 15 Schengen countries are: Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain and Sweden.
There are some other countries that don’t require a visa if the person will stay less than 3 months. Please contact a Spanish embassy in your country to know if you need a visa.
It's recommended that this process be started as soon as possible (approximately 3 months before the conference starts).
We can provide the invitation letter so long as you have already registered, paid and submitted the final version of your paper. Please note that this letter does not guarantee that you receive a visa.

There are four main registration types (conference, workshop or both and doctoral consortium) and then additional options are available.

1. Conference only (13, 14, 15, 16 June)

The conference registration includes: Lunches + coffee breaks + 1 printed copy of the Conference Book of Abstracts + 1 CD-ROM with the proceedings of all events; please note the additional options available below.

2. Workshops only (12/13 June)

The workshop registration includes: Lunches + coffee breaks + 1 printed Workshop Book of proceedings + 1 CD-ROM with the proceedings of all events, including the workshop; please note the additional options available below.

3. Conference + Workshop (12, 13, 14, 15, 16 June)

The conference + workshop registration includes: Lunches + coffee breaks + 1 printed copy of the Conference Book of Abstracts + 1 printed Workshop Book of proceedings + 1 CD-ROM with the proceedings of all events; please note the additional options available below.

4. Doctoral Consortium (12 June)

The doctoral consortium registration includes: Lunch + coffee breaks + 1 printed copy of the Doctoral Consortium proceedings + 1 printed copy of the Conference Book of Abstracts + 1 CD-ROM with the proceedings of all events; free access to the rest of the conference days; please note the additional options available below.

IMPORTANT NOTES:

1. Students without a paper are entitled to a 50% discount over the regular registration fees. Students must confirm their status by
    presenting a student card and a signed declaration from the supervisor professor.

2. Authors who register to the conference before the early conference registration deadline may later on upgrade the registration to
    conference+workshop at the early registration rate, if within the workshop early registration deadline.

3. If more than one speaker registers for the same paper please inform the conference Secretariat by e-mail before making any
    registration.

4. Discounts over the registration fee are not cumulative.

5. Cancellation Policy for the Conference: If we receive your written cancellation before May 1, 2008, the registration fees will be
    refunded deducted by an administrative fee of 100 EUR. There will be no refunds for cancellations received after that date.

6. Cancellation Policy for the Workshops: If we receive your written cancellation before May 12, 2008, the registration fees will be
    refunded deducted by an administrative fee of 100 EUR. There will be no refunds for cancellations received after that date.

*INSTICC members are entitled to discounts in all INSTICC conferences. Delegates who are not currently members of INSTICC will be offered the possibility of joining this Association during the registration process and get a complimentary membership for the year 2008.
